From this year’s NAA Audience Symposium, we present more than three dozen ideas to build audience and revenue. In this rapid fire session, the kick-off for NAA’s Audience & Revenue Summer Webinar Series, the team will present the best ideas submitted by members from across the country.

Rich Handloff, Director, Consumer Marketing, The Washington Post
Rich is currently the Director of Consumer Marketing at The Washington Post. Rich has extensive brand strategy, marketing communications, audience development, product management, and customer service experience. In addition to his work at The Post since 2002, he has held various marketing roles at Capital One, Mellon Bank, UBI and Robbins-Gioia, Inc. Rich is currently a member of the Alliance for Audited Media/Newspaper Association of American liaison committee. He is also an adjunct marketing lecturer at Montgomery College. He has a BS in Business Administration from Syracuse University and an MBA from The George Washington University. He currently lives in Rockville with his wife and two daughters.

Craig Holley, National Single Copy Sales Director, Gannett Co.
Craig Holley is the Senior Director of National Product Sales with Gannett’s Consumer Marketing Group. Craig and his team are a sales team focused on single copy, amenity programs and college sales for all  of the Gannett local media properties and USA TODAY. He has been with Gannett since 2013 and is based in McLean, VA. Prior to joining Gannett he was the Director of Consumer Marketing with the Tampa Bay Times in St. Petersburg, FL.
