Postmaster General Sends Clarification Letter to Senator Peters on Delivering for America Plan

United States Postmaster General, Louis DeJoy, sent a follow-up clarification letter to U.S. Senator Gary Peters (D-MI), Chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, on May 20 regarding pauses on changes at mail processing facilities in the Delivering for America Plan. DeJoy clarified that while the agency will hold off on implementation of nearly 60 sites after conducting mail processing facility reviews, there are other ongoing facility and transportation projects the Postal Service is working on throughout the rest of the year.
