mediaXchange "Futures of News" Video Contest

Calling all journalism students! We want to know how you envision the future of news. Send us your video entries for a chance to win prizes! The News Media Alliance seeks video entries from college students enrolled in journalism programs.

The videos will focus on why the future of media is bright, and what inspired these students to pursue journalism. Prizes will be awarded to the first and second place entries, at $1,000 and $500 respectively.

To enter, upload an original video to YouTube and email a link to kirsten@newsmediaalliance.org. Deadline to apply is March 31, 2017.

The top 10 finalists will be selected by a panel of judges. Selections will be based on originality, technical excellence and artistic merit.
